Falls View Indoor Waterpark General Rules & Policies
Be informed before you arrive at the waterpark about their general rules and policies.
- Please obey all waterpark and signage
- Running and diving are not permitted
- Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs are not permitted in the waterpark
- No outdoor footwear is permitted in any area of the waterpark
- No glass containers or outside food or beverages are allowed in the waterpark. Restaurant food and beverages must remain in the restaurant and bar area only
- Falls View Indoor Waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure all belongings are locked in the locker. All lost and found items will be returned at Falls View Indoor Waterpark Guest Services
- Pets are not permitted in Falls View Indoor Waterpark
- Caution: Guests with heart condition, neck or back problems physical disabilities or expectant mothers are not permitted on the waterslides
- Only one guest to enter any water slide at a time. No bunching or chaining by guests is permitted
- Guests must wait for the waterpark staff to signal before entering the waterslide
- No guest shall dive, run, stand, knell, rotate or stop in the waterslide. Arms and hands must be kept inside the waterslide at all times.
- Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted. Eye glasses must be securely fastened with head straps (sold at guest services)
- Wet suite, life jackets or flotation devices are not permitted on the waterslides.
- The depth of the water at the end of the waterslide is no more than 8-12 inches.
- At the end of the waterslides obey all instructions by waterpark staff and exit quickly
