Hotel Waterpark Getaway

1. Valid paid wrist bands are required for admittance into the waterpark and must be worn at all times
2. All children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers
3. Swim diapers are available for free at the Guest Services desk or Height Measuring Station
4. Guests with physical disabilities (preventing them to ride or exit safely), heart conditions, neck, back problems or are pregnant are strongly advised NOT to use the slides
5. Arms, hands and legs should remain in the slide at all times
6. No running, diving, standing or kneeling inside the slides
7. Zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal decorative pieces, wet suits, personal flotation devices, or life jackets are NOT allowed on the slides
8. Ensure eye glasses are secure

Toob Tower
H2-Wow! Our non-stop action that lives on Tube Tower. Four tube slides give you the opportunity to ride by yourself or take a friend down the wet ‘n’ winding slides.

Restrictions
All Riders must be a minimum of 42 inches tall to ride the Toob Tower Slides

Extreme Racing Slides
Grab a mat and take the one on one challenge. Race, side-by-side on Thunder or Kamakazi against your competitor to claim victory. For those who live for speed try Drop Canyon or Sky-screamer for the rush of your life!

Restrictions
All Riders must be a minimum of 42 inches tall to ride the Body Slides
All Riders must be a minimum of 48 inches tall to ride the Mat Slides

The Canadian Plunge
Spin and splash in a giant water centrifuge super bowl. Ride high on the sides of the bowl and drop into the splashdown pool, as part of the Toob Tower the Plunge bowl keeps riders spinning.

Restrictions
All riders must be at least 42” tall to ride the Canadian Plunge Bowl slide.

The Tidal Wave
Ride the rush of 3 to 4 foot waves at the best wave pool in Niagara. Our full size, indoor wave pool features gradual beach entry to make sure that it’s fun for everyone. We encourage you to bring your own Ministry of Transportation approved lifejackets.

Restrictions
Children 9 years and under and all non-swimmers (under 10 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 16 years of age while in the Pool and is responsible for their direct supervision or wear a life jacket while in the Wave Pool.

Beach House Rain Fortress
Eight slides mix and meet within the Beach House play area and rain fortress. It’s an adventure to get to the slides thanks to the rope ladders and stairs. Keep your head up because the rain fortress is home to a thousand gallon tipping bucket ready to soak everything below it!

Restrictions
Only Children 16 and Under are permitted to ride the slides in the Beach House
Large Beach House Slides – Minimum of 40 inches tall to ride (Children Only Attraction)
Small Beach House Slides – Minimum of 40 inches tall to ride (Children Only Attraction)
Double Blue Beach House Slide – no height requirement
Small Splash Pad Slide – no height requirement

Niagara Tipping Bucket
Feel the roar of Niagara Falls as it comes to life when the thousand gallon tipping bucket spills down from above. Listen for the bell and prepare to get soaked!

Tiny Tots Splash Park
Smaller kid’s love to splash. The Tiny Tots Splash Park is their chance, full of water streams, mushroom water pods, kids slides, soakers and more.

Closes daily between 1:30pm – 3:00pm for complete water exchange.

Fallsview Beach
Palm trees, lounge chairs, balmy temperatures and more await you on this Fallsview Beach. Relax in the only climate that is perfect every day of the year.

Sunnyside Pool & Patio
Get some fresh air and head outside to our Sunnyside Patio & Pool, with basketball nets, and an outdoor sundeck. This is the best spot in Niagara Falls to splash or lounge in the sun.

Sunny Side Patio & Pool is a seasonal attraction and operations subject to weather conditions and hours of operation. Sunny Side Patio & Pool is 0.74 meters deep.

Sheraton Fallsview, Skyline Hotel & Waterpark and The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview are connected to Fallsview Indoor Waterpark via indoor walkways. Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls is located directly across the street.

Water shoes are permitted on the slides, and pools but cannot be worn by children when being measured for height requirements on the slide. Crocs are not permitted to be worn on the waterslides.

Children are not permitted in the park under the age of 13 without an adult present. The adult must remain in the park while the children swim. Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult 16 years of age or older. Wave Pool: Children under the age of six are not allowed to swim without adult supervision. Outdoor Activity Pool: Children under 10 are not allowed to swim alone. Horseshoe Hot Springs: Adults only, must be 16 years or older to enter. It is also strongly advised that guests with heart conditions, medical conditions or pregnant women not enter the hot springs.

Yes a Waterpark admission pass is required, everyone who enters the park must purchase a wristband and the wristband must be worn at all times. This includes adults who are not using the facilities and are only supervising children.

Complimentary towels are not available at the Waterpark, however If you have forgotten to pack a towel, we have towels available for purchase in our retail area which would be yours to keep.

Digital Locker are available to rent at Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. The Locker rentals provide unlimited all day access for your convenience.  Our new digital lockers are available to rent via self-serve kiosks that accept credit cards only. Guests are encouraged to use these lockers to store items they will require during their day at the waterpark. The waterpark is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left unattended and unsecured.

For safety, hygiene and consideration of fellow waterpark attendees, proper bathing attire is required.

• All guests must wear proper swimwear and take a shower with soap and water prior to entering the waterpark.
• Wetsuits, lifejackets, and flotation devices are not permitted on any slide.
• Swimwear with buckles, rivets, metal buttons, zippers, sharp objects, loose material/hanging fabric or extra laces are not permitted on slides.
• Loose bracelets or long necklaces are not permitted on any slide due to safety concerns.
• For hygienic reasons, undergarments should not be worn in the place of, or in addition to, appropriate bathing attire.
• We recognize the diversity of our guests and appreciate their cultural and religious customs. We ask that all guests wear appropriate dedicated aquatic apparel while using the waterpark facilities. Guests are not permitted to use attractions while wearing street clothes.
• Family-friendly bathing attire is required. Fallsview Indoor Waterpark reserves the right to determine what is considered “family-friendly bathing suits”
• Onlookers may wear street clothes although street shoes must be removed.

The Waterpark provides a limited amount of approved lifejackets for your safety; however, they are first come first serve. We encourage all guests to bring their own floatation devices (approved by the Ministry of Transportation and/or Coast Guard) to be used in the waterpark. The lifejackets provided by Fallsview Indoor Waterpark are safety approved, and may be used in any area of the Waterpark except on the Waterslides, and Whirlpools. We do not permit any outside pool toys or balls to be brought into the park.

Water at Fallsview Indoor Waterpark is heated to 84-86 degrees Fahrenheit, and air is maintained at 86 degrees for year-round comfort.

Yes, guests are able to leave the Waterpark and are permitted to re-enter as long as you are still wearing your wristband.

Yes, additional Hotel Waterpark Passes can be purchased at the hotel, to a maximum of 2 per day. Hotel Waterpark Packages include 4 admission passes.

Check-in at Falls Avenue Resort Hotels begins at 4pm (Sheraton Fallsview, The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Skyline Hotel, Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls). If you arrive prior to check-in, you can pick-up your Hotel Waterpark Passes at the Hotel Front Desk. We suggest that you pack your Waterpark attire and any necessities in a smaller separate bag so you can maximize your time in the Waterpark.

The Waterpark is connected via an indoor walkways to the Sheraton Fallsview, The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and the Skyline Hotel & Waterpark. Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls is located directly across the street.

Hotel dress code requires that proper attire (shirts, shoes, cover-ups) be worn while traveling between the Waterpark and the Hotels. No wet clothing is to be worn in Hotel Lobbies or public areas.
