At the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, the Safety of our Guests and Employees is our priority, as we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19). Fallsview Indoor Waterpark will remain in operation and will continue to monitor the situation and adjust accordingly.

Should there be any changes, we will promptly announce any adjustments to our procedures or operations so that you can maintain confidence in your travel to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Resort.

Waterpark Cleaning – Keeping you safe while at the Waterpark

Fallsview Indoor Waterpark is maintained in accordance with the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) and Public Health’s guidelines and always aims at providing a clean and inviting space for our guests’ enjoyment.

We have also increased our cleaning rotations to sanitize commonly accessed areas and surfaces.

According to the CDC’s Waterborne Disease Prevention Branch: “Can the COVID-19 virus spread through pools and hot tubs?”
“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.” (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/water.html)

Change and Cancellation Fee Policies

In light of the recent concerns over the COVID-19 virus, Fallsview Indoor Waterpark will happily consider the following accommodations.

If our valued Guests’ plans change or you decide you no longer wish to visit the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark during this time, the funds used to pay for your admission can be used on a future visit of equal value – as long as we are notified within 3 business days prior to the scheduled visit.

The funds are valid for future visits up to one year from the original purchase date and must be used by the individuals named on the admission ticket.

We hope these policies provide you, our guests with flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your travels.

Personal Safety Recommendations

Everyone is encouraged to wash their hands frequently and use hand sanitizer and/or anti-bacterial wipes when traveling.

Please note we are doing everything within our power to keep all our guests safe at this time.
